We originate opportunities, negotiate commercial agreements and structure joint ventures between enterprises with complementary capabilities.
We hold equity in the ventures we help establish. The ventures are independently managed; Palace Leap does not operate them.

Industrial air conditioning
We install systems that precisely control temperature, humidity and airborne particles in landmark public buildings and advanced industrial facilities. Our portfolio companies generate over $100 million in annual revenue across 27 countries in Africa, the Middle East and Southeast Asia.
Manufacturing automation
We are assisting in the automation of manufacturing plants of Samsung Electronics across 15 countries, providing $200 million in advanced humanoid robots each year. Become a partner
Education technology
We supply electronic devices and AI education software to public schools. We specialize in working with government offices for procurement and compliance. We are in the bid process for $500 million in Korea and $150 million in Morocco for 2027.
Industrial facility acquisitions
We source industrial acquisition opportunities and support bidding and due diligence. In 2026, we supported a bidder in a $600 million asset divestiture by a global electronics manufacturer.
